Our Adult O3 Strength Classes are built around functional strength and conditioning designed to improve real world fitness. Every workout is programmed using movements that translate directly to daily life and long term health, including weightlifting, bodyweight training, running, rowing, and conditioning work. These foundational movements help you move better, get stronger, and feel more capable both inside and outside the gym.

Our training approach combines functional movement, smart variation, and appropriate intensity to drive consistent results. Intensity is scaled to the individual, ensuring each athlete is challenged safely and effectively. As strength, conditioning, and confidence improve, intensity increases through better movement, heavier loads, or more efficient work capacity.

By rotating training emphasis and movement patterns, our programming prevents plateaus while building balanced, well rounded fitness. Every session fits into a larger plan designed to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and overall work capacity over time.

At O3 Strength, our goal is not short term fatigue. It is long term progress. Our adult classes are designed to help you train with purpose, build sustainable fitness, and develop confidence in your body’s ability to handle whatever life throws your way.

Strength & Sports Performance

Our Youth Strength & Sports Performance classes are built around a structured, progressive training system designed to help athletes improve strength, speed, power, and overall conditioning. Training combines foundational strength work, plyometrics, and conditioning in an age appropriate environment that supports long term athletic development.

All training is organized into 12 week strength and performance cycles. Each cycle has a specific focus to ensure athletes train with purpose and continue to make progress throughout the year. Across these cycles, emphasis rotates between strength development, power and explosiveness, speed and agility, and work capacity. This approach prevents plateaus while allowing athletes to build well rounded athletic ability over time.

Classes use intentional patterns of work and rest to create the desired training response without unnecessary fatigue. Conditioning includes metabolic and interval based training to improve cardiovascular fitness, recovery, and overall work capacity. Intensity is always scaled to the athlete’s age, experience, and ability, making the program appropriate for both beginners and competitive athletes.Our goal is to build strong, confident athletes who move well and perform better in sport and everyday life. This program is open to athletes from 5th grade through 12th grade, regardless of sport.

Private Strength & Sports Performance Lessons

Private and small group training offers athletes a highly personalized approach to Strength and Sports Performance. These sessions provide focused coaching and individual attention, allowing athletes to address specific goals.
We work with youth and adult athletes across all experience levels, from beginners looking to improve overall fitness to competitive athletes focused on sport specific performance. Training is customized to the athlete and may include strength and conditioning, speed and agility development, and sport specific skill support.
Our coaches work closely with each athlete to design and implement training plans that produce measurable results. Video analysis may be used when appropriate to help athletes better understand movement patterns and make technical improvements.

Private and small group sessions are an effective way to accelerate progress, improve confidence, and address individual needs in a focused training environment.
