Welcome to o3 strength!

At O3 Strength, we’re focused on helping every athlete reach their full potential. Our approach combines the energy of a class environment with the personal attention needed to achieve individual goals, creating a balanced, holistic training experience that delivers real results.

We offer two types of group classes:

1. Strength & Sports Performance (5th-High School). Our Sports Performance classes are designed to develop strong, confident, and well rounded athletes through structured, intentional training. Every session focuses on proper movement mechanics, coordination, and strength that carry over to every sport and everyday life. We teach athletes how to move safely and efficiently while laying the foundation for long term athletic development.

Our programs are built around 12 week strength and performance cycles. Each cycle has a specific focus, allowing athletes to train with purpose and see measurable progress over time. Throughout the year, we rotate emphasis between strength development, speed and agility, power and explosiveness, and overall work capacity. This approach keeps training fresh while ensuring athletes continue to improve without plateaus.

Every class blends speed, agility, balance, and strength training in an age appropriate and progressive environment. Our coaches work closely with each athlete to ensure proper technique, steady progression, and accountability. Classes are intentionally kept small so athletes receive personal attention, coaching, and support at every level.

Whether an athlete is just getting started or competing at a high level, our goal is to help them build confidence, reduce injury risk, and develop habits that support performance both on and off the field. At O3 Strength, we do more than train athletes. We help shape the mindset, work ethic, and resilience that carry into sport and life.

2. O3 Strength Classes.
At O3 Strength, our adult training is built around functional strength, conditioning, and purposeful movement. Every session is designed using movements that translate directly to real life and long term health, including weightlifting, bodyweight training, conditioning, and cardiovascular work. These are the fundamental patterns that help you move better, get stronger, and feel more capable in everyday life.

Our programming focuses on measurable progress and consistent improvement. By combining smart progression, varied training stimuli, and appropriate intensity, we help members build strength, endurance, and work capacity over time. Intensity is scaled to the individual, ensuring each athlete is challenged at the right level while maintaining proper technique and safety.

The goal of our adult classes is to build well rounded, durable fitness that prepares you for anything life throws your way. Our program is scalable for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Coaches provide clear instruction, movement modifications, and load adjustments so every athlete can train safely and confidently.

Every workout is part of a larger plan. Sessions are designed to build on one another, creating steady progress rather than random fatigue. At O3 Strength, our focus is not short term workouts, but long term strength, confidence, and capability.

Meet Our team

Jonathan Kronberg

Jonathan Kronberg has spent the past decade coaching athletes around the world. He founded O3 Sports and O3 Strength out of a passion for helping both youth and adult athletes accomplish what once felt impossible. Whether it’s making a team or getting their first pull up, the moment an athlete realizes what they are capable of is what drives him every day.

After high school, Jonathan joined the United States Coast Guard with the goal of becoming a rescue swimmer. Following his service, he returned home to Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he earned a Business Degree in Computer Information Systems while launching two successful businesses.

Today, his focus remains on creating an environment where athletes of all ages can build confidence, push limits, and achieve lasting results-- both in sports and in life.

Steve Koski

Steve Koski our Director of O3 Strength and holds a dual Master’s Degree in Sports Nutrition and Sports Performance Training. Steve began his career serving as a medic in The United States Air Force. Following his service he earned a degree from The University of Michigan in Movement Science.  

For the past decade he has worked worldwide as a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, and CrossFit coach.

Noah Cunningham

Noah Cunningham is passionate about helping people unlock their full potential through training. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Siena Heights University, where he built a strong foundation in human performance and athletic development. Designing programs that improve strength, speed, and power through principles of sports science
